He obtained his degree in Instrumentation Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and continued his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) with research in field of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) at Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

He holds various local and international certifications particularly in hypnosis, business management, TVET, training, character development, and others. His book titled ‘Rahsia Hipnosis’ (The Secret of Hypnosis) published by Utusan Publications, is one of the first Malay-language hypnosis books published in Malaysia and has become a reference for various segments of society and researchers in the fields of psychology and counseling. He also used to be invited as a guest panelist sharing his expertise in hypnosis and human development for several TV programs such as Al-Kuliyyah (Sistem Televisyen Malaysia, TV3), Motivasi Pagi (TV3) , Selamat Pagi Malaysia (Radio Televisyen Malaysia, RTM) dan Respon (RTM).

Career wise, he has almost 21 years extensive experience in the industry of education and training and holds various certificates and recognitions in related fields. He served as a National Service Trainer in 2004 for National Service Training Department (JLKN) under the Ministry of Defence Malaysia (MINDEF) and then served at the Ministry of Human Resources (KESUMA) before joining the private companies; Bostonweb Academy and Pantas Hebat Sdn. Bhd.

Between 2007 to 2012, he also established and managed several companies in industry of education and training which are Perwira Global Consultancy, Perwira Global Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. and Malaysian Academy of Hypnosis Sdn. Bhd. With these companies, he successfully conducted approximately 600 education and training programs in multiple fields and disciplines for thousands of participants from government and private agencies across Malaysia.

His dream to educate and transform Malaysian youth by providing the best quality of technical and vocational education had inspired him to establish a TVET Institution, named Kolej Antarabangsa Mighty Skills (KAMS) in 2010, together with other Board of Directors (BOD) members. This institution serves as a platform to engage in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) industry.

As a result of his over 15-year leadership, KAMS has successfully produced nearly 3,000 highly skilled local graduates, and now many KAMS alumni serve in various sectors both in Malaysia and abroad. It’s all started with a single field of study in 2010, KAMS has successfully expanded to other fields of study, from the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) to the Malaysian Skills Diploma (DKM) level.

His commitment with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in advocation of the future and issues related to skills training is exceptional throughout his involvement in the Federation of JPK Accredited Centers Malaysia (FEMAC) which he served as the Vice President 2 for 2017 – 2020 term.

Under his leadership, KAMS has successfully received several awards and achieved remarkable milestones. Among the highest achievements was successfully rated by Department of Skills Development (JPK), KESUMA with 5-star (the highest rating) for its training programs offered in 2015, 2017, and 2019-2020. Besides, he has written journal related to TVET for publications both locally and internationally, which contributed to extensive research in the field of TVET.
