For Micro Credential Programme, KAMS offers 2 programmes in this fields, which is:

Cookies Preparation and Decoration (Penyediaan Biskut dan Dekorasi)

This programme trains students to be knowledge and be competent in performing production techniques and decoration for biscuit, such as Whisking, Mixing, Folding, Baking & Forming. On the other hand, for Decoration, using fruit jam, chocolate, nuts, royal icing and cream. Beside, the programme teaches methods of preserving, wrapping and quality checking in biscuit preparation.

Pie and Cake (Pai dan Kek)

This programme trains students to be knowledge and be competent in performing activities such as preparation of pie and cake. The preparation includes filling and cream, quality checking of cream according to SOP, standard recipe, hazard analysis dan critical control points (HACCP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) dan HALAL standard.
